  • Any communication made by you should be addressed to the Principal through the Class Teacher with the Name, Admission Number, Class and Section of your ward mentioned.
  • The name, class, and section of the pupil should be clearly marked on all the belongings of the students e.g. water bottle, bag, blazers, umbrellas, etc.
  • You are required to inform the school about any change in your address or cell/phone numbers.
  • Children when sick should not be sent to school.
  • If any child falls sick at school, the school shall responsibly inform the parents. The parents should fetch the child from the school at the earliest.
  • Your ward should come to school in proper uniform on all working days and for all school functions including every PTM day.
  • The student who is not in proper uniform will not be allowed to enter their classrooms.
  • You are requested to co-operate with the school in its attempt to help your ward’s progress by paying attention to his/her regularity, punctuality and discipline.
  • You should look into the ward’s Almanac every day and see that the lessons and homework assigned for the day are done. The student should be encouraged to cultivate neatness. Remarks put down in the diary should be checked and countersigned regularly.
  • Gifting or presenting any item to teachers/staff is strictly prohibited.
  • Parents are requested not to enter the academic block to see their children or teachers during class hours.
  • In case of any legitimate complaint or if you feel your ward is not making the desired progress, you should meet the Principal at the earliest or write to him personally.
  • Leave for Half day is strongly discouraged. In an emergency, written permission must be taken from the Principal and Class Teacher. The Transport In-charge must be duly informed.
  • Any information given in the Almanac is subject to change at any time at the sole discretion of the school authorities.
  • Parents must read the circulars sent from school.
  • The uniform provided for House Activities is to be worn by students on Wednesday and Saturday.
